Maiya believes in true work-life balance, where business growth fuels—not consumes—a richly layered life. Traveling the world with her two dogs, she has built her career around the principle that real success means having the freedom to pursue what matters most, without losing time or purpose from one’s goals. With a background in psychology, Maiya brings a powerful, human-centered perspective to her work with high-performing founders and teams. Her expertise enables her to navigate the complexities of leadership, motivation, and team dynamics at scale—ensuring every system and strategy she implements is not just effective, but also people-focused.
